Our harvest crunch contains: sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, and flax seeds. These are large (~6oz) New York style (boiled & baked) bagels with a wonderfully chewy exterior.
CONTAINS THESE MAJOR ALLERGENS: wheat (gluten) & sesame.
