This three-tiered Italian Cream Cake is my Mother-in-Law's favorite cake and a labor of love. We make this cake annually for birthday celebrations or Mother's Day. It is the epitome of sophistication. Three layers of buttery vanilla almond-scented cake with pecans throughout. Coconut infused batter, complete with toasted coconut flakes on the sides.
